Originating in Wyoming, our journey led us to Albuquerque, where we established ourselves in July 2012 as a captivating and welcoming breakfast and lunch spot, aligned with our restaurant concept hailing from Colorado. Embraced warmly by the Albuquerque community, we quickly developed an affinity for the vibrant Southwest. In September 2019, a transformative phase marked our evolution into Sunnyside Up. This rebranding allowed us to seamlessly blend our roots with the rich culture and distinctive flavors of New Mexico. The result is a culinary experience that transcends traditional American cuisine, infused with the unique essence of the region. Our core commitment to surpassing expectations, attaining excellence, and delighting our patrons remains unwavering, as we continue to bring exceptional dining to our cherished friends each day.
